Get an Elite it's such an upgrade, a large HD and HDMI built in, and they sorted the over heating problems waiting on delivery of mine. A few month's back my Xbox got the Ring of Death, my Xbox wasn't even a year old. I went to go play Gears of War one day and as soon as I turned on my Xbox I got a Error message and red rings. I called Xbox support and they gave me all infomation on what to do, the next day they had sent me a box to send my Xbox back to them, a couple of week's later I recieved another Xbox and a free membership, I didn't have to pay a thing :). Don't let this stop you from buying a Xbox though, theres alot of problems that PS3 are having to, my friend actually just sent his back. Good luck!
