Whenever I check its status on there website it says Repair in progress. How long until it will say Xbox repair complete?

        

I just did a repair 10 mins ago for my xbox online because the dude on the phone told me to and I wanted to know how long the shipping mark email takes. Thanks.

        

Microsoft is sending me a box so they can fix my Xbox 360 because it barely reads discs anymore. Does anyone know how long a repair typically takes?

This can be very inconvenient as it will mean you will be without a gaming console for a long time. You will still have to be within your Microsoft Xbox warranty period to avail of this service.

The Xbox has a 16% failure rate compared with 3% for both Play Station 3 and wii. The lawsuit states that Microsoft knew about the failures but in a cost saving go shipped them anyway.
