Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 for Xbox 360. Is it still worth buying?

But when I do get cash in hand in a couple of weeks, Is it still worth buying Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 for Xbox 360. I don’t have XBOX LIVE on my arcade and no hard drive.
