no there are ntsc and pal versions. ntsc for north america and pal for europe and asia. as far as i know all 360 games are region locked. only the ps3 has region free games. having both systems i know this because i import a lot
yes really if you look on play-asia.com and there’s a list of region free games for xbox 360 and activision never lock cod games
