Getting a free repair of the Xbox 360 red ring of death on used console?

Author: adminIf you buy an already red-ringed Xbox 360 console as-is, for eBay or the like, will the console still be eligible for the free repair offered by Microsoft for consoles showing that error?

Microsoft can charge you up to $140 for repair if your xbox is still under guarantee(One year express warranty on console, three years for three lights flashing red). It does not apply to consoles or accessories sold as used, refurbished, or reconditioned. There are many guides out there that can teach you how to fix it yourself. I tried some guides but couldn’t manage to find one that I could successfully implement until I finally found one that worked for me. I posted a link below if you want to see it.
