When i had it on my old one i found this great thing on the internet that worked. you wrap the xbox in two towels and turn it on. leave it for 15 mins and then turn it off and leave it for 15 mins again. and then it works fine! That way they have breathing room. With the rubber feet, the marble may not wick much (or any) heat away, but it looks nice. = ) From what I understand, RRoD is a heat issue due to bad airflow and heatsinks. It causes the board to flex and mess up some solder joints. That's why the "wrap it" method seems to work; the system gets hot enough to "re-solder" the bad connections. I wouldn't try it though...MS can tell if you send it in and you have to pay for the repair (since you voided the warranty). Your best bet is just to contact MS and get an RMA for the repair.
